About
Collin Moura is a 22 year old photographer, journalist and filmmaker. With a storytelling focus on environmental conservation and outdoor culture, he has led expeditions in remote areas across North America.
Collin's assignments have taken him from the tropics to the mountains, covering a diverse range of animals, from tiny Chestnut-Sided Warblers to the mighty American Bison.
His camera credits include Flyway of Life, Stolen Lives and Frozen Prairie, with his cinematography screened to audiences at the acclaimed Galway Film Fleadh and historic Explorers Club headquarters.
As a live music photographer, he has worked with singer-songwriter Ethan Regan on three tour runs, as both a headliner and opener for Judah & the Lion. Collin joined Regan's crew in 2024, creating social media content, music videos and album covers alongside the live coverage.
In 2025, he graduated summa cum laude from Sacred Heart University with a degree in journalism and media arts. At university, he worked in a senior role for the college newspaper and broadcast news program.
Collin's research on civil discourse has been presented on NPR and at the International Media Literacy Research Symposium in Sáo Miguel, Portugal.
He is a recipient of the CBS Douglas Edwards Media Studies and Broadcast Journalism Scholarship and North Attleboro Community TV Ed Andre Scholarship. Other honors include the Sacred Heart University Board of Visitors Award and the 2025 Dean's Prize.
